Over the past 30 days I’ve been doing one week fitness challenges in order to get myself looking (and most importantly feeling!) decent for the summer months. Each day gets more and more intense – my body really started to feel the burn! I love that burn as it always tells me I’m doing something good and making my body look better.
Concluding those 30 days, I realized that I needed to up my game and work harder in order to lose the weight I had gained over my pregnancy. I decided to plan a work out agenda, promising myself that I would stick to it.
I’m sure many of you are also looking to tone those tummies and get your ‘beach body’ perfect for the upcoming summer months. Anyway, I just thought to share my work out plan, allowing you to experiment a bit with some of these challenging moves to change the way you look and feel!
